Out of Hours
From the 1st of May 2018, Netmatters will be providing an Out of Hours IT support that delivers emergency support for all IT related issues and equips organisations with the IT support they need to operate. Clients who use this service rely on Netmatters to ensure that their staff can immediately access IT support outside of standard office hours.
Out-of-hours support is available in conjunction with managed IT support. All customers as default will have an Out of Hours package enabled which will only be billed if used. The time used will be billed at time and a half. This service will be available from Saturday 08:00am to 16:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 18:00pm.
